Sleeping Beauty

The very first ballet performance I took Miss Kim and Miss Karen to as little girls, at Her Majesty's Theatre in Sydney....it was sold out and I paid to sit on the carpeted stairs of the Dress Circle....it was magic!!! I will when my computer skills improve search into our personal archives and publish our programme collection.

Black Swan

What can I say....MAGNIFICENT!!!!! xx

Swan Lake

How close is this to perfection? Beautiful...the ultimate performance of body and soul. xx

Romeo and Juliet

Wonderful partnership. Very sad performances for my family when we attended her last performance in Sydney at the Regent Theatre and also attended his last performance in Sydney at the Capital Theatre...we would have preferred to have been left with the memory of their earlier performances. xx

Dying Swan

A most memorable ballet experience for our family attending her performance of the Dying Swan at the Regent Theatre in Sydney. With continual tumultuous applause instantly reverting to breathless silence when she beckoned to the conductor and moved back into the spotlight and with disbelief we witnessed an encore performance.

Carmen

The world's greatest ballerina. In the late 1960's I was thrilled to have her permission through security to be taken with Miss Karen and Miss Kim, then young girls, to meet her in her dressing room backstage at the sadly now demolished Regent Theatre in George Street Sydney....the girls were thrilled to receive from her a pair of worn signed pointe shoes..she was stunningly beautiful!!! xx
